By accessing or using any service offered by CAI Global Solutions ("CAI", "we", "us", "our") at caiunity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

CAI Global Solutions provides digital services including domain registration, web hosting, VPS servers, VPN access, gaming top-ups, streaming subscription assistance, AI tools consulting, online courses, and related services.

Service availability may vary by region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and purchase services.

By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

One person or entity may maintain only one account unless prior written approval is obtained.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@caiunity.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

Payments are accepted via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay (NPR), and Stripe (USD/international).

All prices are displayed in NPR or USD as indicated. 13% VAT applies to Nepali residents on applicable services.

Subscriptions and domain registrations auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

We are not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds, card restrictions, or gateway issues beyond our control.

In summary: hosting and VPS services may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Gaming top-ups and course access are non-refundable once delivered.

You agree not to use our services for: spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

Hosting and VPS resources may not be used for cryptocurrency mining, botnet operations, or DDoS attack infrastructure.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension without refund.

All content on caiunity.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CAI Global Solutions or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Customer content (files, data) uploaded to our hosting or VPS services remains your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAI Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, attacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAI Global Solutions and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
